Soreness is the new hotness

I think I just completed my 3rd day of Wii fit last night, and I can actually say my legs are a bit sore. The more you go in the game, the more things that unlock for you. I try to do a minimum of 30 min. each day on it. I do think I am to the point where I could just alternate aerobics and strength training. I was going to get up early and do the Yoga part, but forgot about it until just now as I am typing this. I definitely need a schedule.

I make a calendar every month and then a workout schedule at the bottom! It helps a lot because I can write down what I did that day an put an X next to it. On the days I do nothing I put a giant X through the date. It helps me keep track of how much I have done in the month and if I need to change anything over to get better progress.
