updates

So I have started week 2 of Body for Life. So far everything has been going pretty good. We wake up in the morning to exercise which has done wonders for my energy.

Last Friday had a BBQ which was fun. Had about 20 or more people over and everyone seemed to have a pretty good time. I'll try to post some pictures of our awesome Rock Band-a-thon.

I have the body for life book but that is it...is that all I need to start out? I have always thought of giving that a go.

Yep, just pretty much read the book and live by it. However, we religiously use the Eating For Life book to plan out our daily meals. Its much easier and yummier! But the basic BFL book will get you started!
